After last nights effort when he struggled should the connections seriously think about retiring him. He has been a great warrior but I think he should be allowed to retire while semi competitive. 11 starts this season have produced 5 seconds and now he has received a drop back. Please do not race him past his best as it will lessen his mana

Yes, totally agree - top pacers often running with 'ouch' & only semi-competitively deserve the best retirement. Have Faith In Me is another tho' being a 5 year old gelding, could be spelled for 6-8 months and brought back quietly with a Beach Trainer.
